Kleoverse
The main task was to create badges for Kleoverse - Platform of work in Web3.
Kleoverse is a Finnish startup that helps freelancers create a professional identity in Web3. Using Blockchain, Kleoverse hands out NFTs to visualize an individual's Web3 Proof-of-Talent based on the projects they've completed with DAOs.
The platform replaces the need for "old-fashioned" CVs that don't give a realistic image of the candidate's experience and skills.
These badges are made to help builder to showcase talent by bridging off-chain achievements to on-chain.
The credentials will boost builders profile when the builder applies for the next project. Once minted they'll move with the wallet to any decentralised app, not only in Kleoverse.
Process
For this project, I was approached as a freelance graphic designer. We connected and agreed to the general conditions. At the beginning of the project, I was provided with information on the meaning of the badges. I started this task by analyzing the website - its color palette and overall style. After that, I created the sketches and agreed on them with the team. Once they were approved, I began developing high-fidelity illustrations. Luckily, I had creative freedom on this project, which made the process more enjoyable and easy to handle.
As you can see, I used only 4 colors and their tones - dark blue, turquoise, beige, and yellow. Turquoise #23c3aa is the main color of KLEOVERSE, that´s why I used it as the main color of the badges as well. The turquoise hand represents Kleoverse, and the beige hand represents the builder (user).
